Who We Are
The College of Human Resource Development (COHRED) is an accredited higher education and skills-development institution committed to human capital development in Sierra Leone. The college offers educational, science, vocational, and professional programmes designed to nurture intellectual growth, moral integrity, and practical competence.
COHRED operates as a Polytechnic (Grade B) institution accredited by the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) and the National Council for Technical and Vocational Awards (NCTVA), and is affiliated with Ernest Bai Koroma University of Science and Technology (EBKUST).
